Sized for meal prep, this Instant Pot Quinoa recipe is the easiest, fastest way to make fluffy, perfect quinoa every time! Make once and enjoy throughout the week or freeze some for later.
Once warm, add a drizzle of olive oil and the quinoa. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until quinoa gives off nutty fragrance.
Add water or vegetable broth and stir. Add spices and salt.
Set Instant Pot to Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. (It will take about 9 minutes for Instant Pot to pressurize before cooking starts)
Once the timer goes off, allow to natural release for 10 minutes, then manual release. Remove lid and turn off Instant Pot and allow to cool.
Enjoy! Quinoa can be frozen and enjoyed later, or use in a quinoa salad.
